Description
BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain BluShues' website and related digital platforms.
- Create visually appealing, user friendly, and responsive web pages.
- Implement website updates and new features.
- Ensure website functionality across multiple devices and browsers.
- Identify and resolve website issues promptly.
- Collaborate with content creators to publish and update website content.
- Optimize website performance and loading speed.
- Support website security and routine maintenance.
- Assist in implementing search engine optimization best practices.
- Maintain documentation of website updates and technical changes.

- Creative with strong design and technical skills.

Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Web Development, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of content management systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with responsive web design principles.
- Basic understanding of website security and optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
