    Description

    Welcome Desk / Reception

    Current Open Shifts:

    2nd/4th Saturdays 12:00 pm - 4;00 pm

    Saturdays 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

    Sundays 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

    Thursdays 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

    Join us in this newly created role in a loving environment, at our busiest clinical entrance! Enjoy a remodeled comfortable reception desk and workspace area with plenty of space and resources for you to conduct your tasks.

    What you will do:

    • Greet visitors as they enter the building
    • Assist visitors in way-finding
    • Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department
    • Assist staff with general reception and clerical tasks
    • Be a friendly face who will receive multiple interactions throughout the shift!
    • Help Staff and Residents locate information as needed
    • And much more!

    2 shifts available:

    • 09:00 to 13:00 MST
    • 13:00 to 17:00 MST
