    Description

    Campaign Sales Specialist

    Nation of Diversity is seeking a passionate and results-driven Campaign Sales Specialist to lead our quaterly campaign focused on raising funds and collecting in-kind donations for individuals experiencing homelessness. The primary goal of this campaign is to raise $10,000 and gather essential items such as tents, hygiene kits, non-perishable foods, hand warmers, socks, blankets, and more.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Fundraising: Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, including online campaigns, corporate partnerships, and individual donor outreach, to achieve the campaign's financial goal.

    2. In-Kind Donations: Reach out to local businesses, community partners, and individuals to secure in-kind donations of items essential for winter survival, such as tents, hygiene kits, non-perishable foods, hand warmers, socks, and blankets.

    3. Community Engagement: Engage with the local community to raise awareness about homelessness and mental health challenges. Encourage community members to get involved in the campaign through volunteering, donations, or support.

    4. Resource Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of collected items to individuals experiencing homelessness, ensuring that they receive much-needed resources to stay warm and safe during the winter season.

    5. Partnership Building: Establish partnerships with local organizations, shelters, and service providers to ensure a coordinated and effective approach in supporting those in need.

    6. Campaign Reporting: Maintain accurate records of fundraising efforts, in-kind donations, and the impact of the campaign. Provide regular updates to the organization's leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for addressing homelessness and mental health challenges.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or community outreach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment to the values and mission of Nation of Diversity.
