Root For Change is a youth-led organization(awaiting an official 501(c)(c) status) that aims to address environmental issues; We hope to engage individuals in fun activities to help combat the environmental crisis, and inform the general public about the health of their environment. We are more than pleased to hear that you are interested in joining us on this mission.Please keep in mind the fact that all the roles are voluntary!

AGE REQUIREMENTS: 11 - 25

How this works ──★ ˙🦚 ̟ !!

Responsibilities ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. you are required to create 1 design every month
2. designs should follow these requirements:
   1. use canva
   2. ratio MUST be 1080px by 1350px
   3. must include “Root For Change” or “RFC” on the first slide
   4. 4-5 slides minimum
   5. must follow the theme
      1. we have different colors assigned each month hence you will need to follow them. this is based on the idea that our mission revolves around the environment and we want to include the colors that reflect the different seasons.
3. we will credit you in the content you create! we are firm believers that proper credit should be given where it is due!

Others ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. you will be able to reach out to your design lead if you need a break, extension or have any other concerns

you are responsible for tracking your own hours. all your hours must be self-reported through a spreadsheet we provide you with, otherwise we wouldn't be able to give you those hours.
