    Description

    Must be at least 16 years old.

    • Description: Help adult learners troubleshoot technical issues with B1C-issued laptops, enhancing their ability to participate in IT Literacy programs.
    • Responsibilities: Meet with participants individually (onsite or remotely) to resolve tech issues and provide basic support. B1C staff will initiate the connection between volunteers and learners.
    • Skills needed: English/Spanish fluency is a plus.
    • Schedule and time commitment: Minimum 3-month commitment. At least 1-2 hours per week (flexible based on volunteer availability).
    • Training and supervision: Workforce Development staff
    • Resources available: Devices provided by B1C

    In person (Americares Clinic/417 Shippan Ave): Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (9/6/25 - 11/22/25)
