Description
Must be at least 16 years old.
Description: Help adult learners troubleshoot technical issues with B1C-issued laptops, enhancing their ability to participate in IT Literacy programs.
Responsibilities: Meet with participants individually (onsite or remotely) to resolve tech issues and provide basic support. B1C staff will initiate the connection between volunteers and learners.
Skills needed: English/Spanish fluency is a plus.
Schedule and time commitment: Minimum 3-month commitment. At least 1-2 hours per week (flexible based on volunteer availability).
Training and supervision: Workforce Development staff
