Google Ad Non-Profit Volunteer for Summer Camp Ads

Hello:

We have a Google Ads grant. I am setting up Google Ads for a summer camp. Ads run from February through August. I have limited experience with Google Ads Grants. For the past month, I have been trying to set up Summer Camp ads and, for the most part, failing. I understand that as a Google Ads nonprofit account, we have special restrictions and that our ads have limited visibility on Google Search as we do not have the buying power against other paid advertising.

• You will work only with me. We are a very small non profit in the SF Bay Area

Background

Last year, we had an agency setup PMAX account for the summer camp last year, which is doing fairly well

I just reactivated a Summer Camp campaign that had done well in the past. However, it's been several days and it is in the bid learning. I have been trying out AI Max.

We have several other ads for tutoring and other products that are doing well but may be exceeding the budget and causing issues.

Also, we have a new Google Analytics account, which is not connected to Google Ads, which might be causing issues.
