    About Us:

    Little Haiti BK is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit dedicated to uplifting Caribbean culture, supporting local businesses, and creating impactful community programs through education, events, and outreach.

    Opportunity Overview:

    Little Haiti BK is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Website & Digital Operations Intern / Volunteer to support our digital presence and day-to-day operations.

    This role is ideal for students or individuals interested in website management, digital tools, administration, and nonprofit operations who want hands-on, real-world experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Website Management (Primary Focus):

    • Update and maintain website content
    • Upload events, programs, and announcements
    • Ensure the website is accurate, organized, and user-friendly
    • Assist with basic design and layout updates

    Digital Operations:

    • Support digital systems and tools used by the organization
    • Organize online files, documents, and shared folders
    • Assist with tracking website activity or engagement

    Administrative Support:

    • Assist with emails, data entry, and internal organization
    • Support event coordination and registration setup
    • Help manage forms, sign-ups, and digital communication tools

    Who You Are:

    Commitment:

    • In-person role in Brooklyn, NY
    • Flexible schedule (15–35 hours per week preferred)

    Compensation:

    This is an unpaid internship / volunteer opportunity. Academic credit may be available if applicable.
