    Guest Experience Assistants

    (Greeters, Ushers, Photo Wall Support)

    Purpose: Create a warm and welcoming environment for event guests.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet attendees
    • Guide guests to seating and photo areas
    • Answer questions and support crowd flow
    • Assist with photo wall and engagement stations

    Qualifications:

    • Friendly, professional demeanor
    • Customer service or hospitality experience helpful

    Hours: Event day (4–6 hours)

    Reports To: Volunteer & Check-In Coordinator
