    We are seeking motivated volunteers with a passion for software development to help build a web application that automates document distribution, one of FONBEC’s key operational processes.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Students or graduates from computer‐related fields
    • Professional software developers

    What We Expect

    We value character and commitment above all. Ideal candidates are:

    • Proactive and willing to take initiative
    • Committed to contributing consistently (even small amounts of time)
    • Detail‑oriented, with strong observational and analytical skills
    • Ready to learn, collaborate, and grow as part of a team

    Desired (But Not Mandatory) Skills

    • .NET 10
    • Knowledge of a programming language (ideally C#)
    • Knowledge of a modern web application framework (ideally ASP.NET Core Blazor)
    • Unit testing (ideally using xUnit)
    • Cloud architecture (ideally Azure)
    • SOLID principles and design patterns
    • An ORM (ideally Entity Framework Core)
    • SQL (ideally T-SQL)
    • A version control system (ideally Git)
    • Good communication skills in English (in speaking and writing)

    Time Commitment
