Description
Support Love’s Boutique operations by helping prepare the boutique space, process donations, and assist clients and shoppers in a welcoming, trauma-informed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with boutique setup and readiness for opening
Receive, sort, and organize incoming donations
Stock shelves, racks, and displays; maintain a clean shopping environment
Tag items (pricing/labeling) and prepare inventory for the floor
Support basic sales flow (greeting, directing customers, light assistance as needed)
Assist with client purchases with care, privacy, and respect
Help track inventory needs (low stock, restock priorities, seasonal organization)
Ideal Volunteer
Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working with the public
Organized and able to follow simple processes for sorting/tagging
Respectful of confidentiality and sensitive client situations
Able to stand/walk for periods of time and lift light-to-moderate items (as able)
