    Position Summary

    The Fundraising Senior Advisor provides strategic leadership and guidance on the campaign’s fundraising strategy. This role advises senior leadership on donor engagement, revenue planning, and fundraising operations to ensure the campaign meets its financial goals while maintaining compliance and donor trust.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advise senior campaign leadership on overall fundraising strategy and revenue targets
    • Guide donor engagement, cultivation, and retention strategies
    • Support development of fundraising plans across digital, events, and major donor programs
    • Ensure fundraising activities align with campaign values and compliance requirements
    • Review fundraising messaging, appeals, and donor communications
    • Analyze fundraising performance and recommend adjustments to strategy
    • Identify risks and opportunities related to fundraising operations
    • Serve as a strategic resource for fundraising staff and leadership
