Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? Join us at PACE Elder Place Glendoveer, & PACE Elder Place Irvington where volunteers help enrich the lives of older adults through creativity, connection, and compassion.
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable volunteers (18+) with a wide range of interests to support engaging activities for our participants. Whether you love leading groups, performing, or offering one-on-one companionship, there is a place for you here!
You can lead or assist with activities such as:
- Arts & Crafts: Painting, drawing, scrapbooking, collage, and other creative projects
- Games: Bingo, card games (Uno, Bridge, etc.), and group games
- Creative Expression: Writing groups, poetry, storytelling, or drama clubs
- Performances: Music, dance, magic, or other talents to share
- Movement & Wellness: Tai Chi, gentle exercise classes, dance, yoga, or meditation
- Companionship: One-on-one visits with participants who may benefit from personal connection
- Group Engagement: Facilitating fun, interactive group activities

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Complete background check and Orchard screening
- Complete medical screening
- Flexible scheduling available based on your availability and interests
