Every day, patients depend on timely access to blood products—and that’s where you come in.
Transportation volunteers are an essential link in the lifesaving chain, helping move blood products between Vitalant sites and local hospitals safely and efficiently.
Even though you may not see the patient, your role directly impacts their care.
What You’ll Do
- Transport blood products using assigned routes
- Support scheduled and urgent deliveries
- Follow strict safety and handling procedures
- Help ensure on-time delivery for patients in need

Training Provided
We provide full onboarding, safety training, and ride-along support so you feel confident from day one.
