Volunteer responsibilities may include receiving and processing donations; sorting, categorizing, and preparing donated items for sale; hanging and organizing clothing; creating attractive merchandise displays; stocking and replenishing sales floor inventory; assisting with inventory rotation; and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.

Additional duties may include greeting customers and donors, providing excellent customer service, assisting with price tagging and merchandise preparation, operating the cash register, processing sales transactions, and helping prepare the store for daily opening and closing procedures. Volunteers may also assist with seasonal displays, special sales events, and other projects as needed to support store operations and maximize funding for Family Crisis Center programs and services.
