At Heartland Hospice, we believe that every moment matters. Our volunteers are a vital part of our care team, offering emotional support, companionship, and kindness to patients and their families during life’s most meaningful journey.
💖 Volunteer Roles Include:
- Companionship Visits – Sit with patients, share stories, read aloud, or simply be a comforting presence.
- Creative Support – Use your talents to craft, knit, or create cards and gifts that brighten someone’s day.
- Musical Moments – Share your voice or instrument to bring peace and joy through music.
- Administrative Help – Support our team with office tasks that keep our care running smoothly.
- Veteran-to-Veteran Visits – Provide unique support to fellow veterans in hospice care.
