    Description

    Research Analyst (3 Positions)

    Responsibilities: Analyze student literacy data and program outcomes to measure impact. You will help refine our assessment systems and translate data into actionable insights for the Read to Rise pilot.

    Qualifications: Ideal for data analysts, retired educators, or graduate students. Proficiency in data visualization or educational research is a plus.

    Community Outreach Coordinator (4 Positions)

    Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between We Excel and the community. You’ll manage student recruitment, distribute flyers in neighborhoods like Winton Terrace, and lead phone-banking efforts to engage parents.

    Qualifications:Enthusiastic parents, guardians, or community members with strong communication skills. No formal experience required—just a passion for student success!
