    INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) OFFICER

    Position Summary

    Paraklet Inc. is a women‑ and youth‑focused nonprofit experiencing rapid growth as we prepare for major donor opportunities. We urgently need committed team members who can contribute to our operational scale‑up. This role is ideal for individuals who want to stay relevant in a competitive nonprofit market by contributing 5–10 hours per week, rather than those seeking short‑term financial gain. If you are part of the nonprofit community, have recently lost your job, or are seeking hands‑on experience with one of the fastest‑growing nonprofits, Paraklet is the place to be.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Maintain cloud‑based systems (Google Workspace, OneDrive, CRM tools)
      • Provide troubleshooting and digital onboarding
      • Strengthen cybersecurity and data protection
      • Support MEL and program teams with digital tools
      • Manage website updates and digital content
      • Lead digital transformation and USAID‑compliant systems (Consultant)

    Compensation Options

      • Volunteer: 5–10 hrs/week
