Looking for Bilingual Patients to join the M Health Fairview Accessibility PFAC

M Health Fairview has launched an Accessibility Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC), and we are inviting bilingual patients, family members, and caregivers to partner with us in creating a more inclusive healthcare experience.

As an advisor, you’ll work alongside staff, providers, and leadership to improve care for people with disabilities, individuals who experience language barriers, and members of underserved communities. Your lived experiences and perspectives will help guide systemwide improvements in access, communication, and equity.

    Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking additional advisors who bring lived experience with language access in healthcare—particularly individuals who speak Hmong, Somali, Karen, or other languages commonly represented in our community.
