Description
Join Habitat Metro Denver as a Truck Co-Pilot Volunteer Assistant and help us bring donated goods from the community into our ReStores—fueling our mission to build affordable housing! In this active, hands-on role, you’ll ride along with our drivers to assist with donation pick-ups across the Denver Metro Area.
- Responsibilities include safely loading and organizing items into the truck, operating the lift gate, and engaging positively with donors and customers. Volunteers also help train others and serve as ambassadors of Habitat’s mission and values.
- This position requires the ability to lift 50–75 lbs and a commitment to one 8-hour shift per week (Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–5pm).
- Training is provided, and shifts begin at Habitat Metro Denver Headquarters (430 S Navajo St, Denver, CO 80223).
