    Event: No Limits Pickleball Challenge

    Date: April 25, 2026

    Time: 1:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (event runs 2–6 p.m.) We can be flexible!

    Location: Sandy Springs Racquet Center

    Organization: Center for Movement Challenges (CFMC)

    About the Event:

    The No Limits Pickleball Challenge is a community fundraising event benefiting the Center for Movement Challenges, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of people living with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders through exercise, wellness, and community support.

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a volunteer EMT (student or certified professional) to be present onsite during the event to provide basic first aid support and respond to any minor medical needs that may arise. This is a precautionary role to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be present and visible during the event as the designated medical support volunteer
    • Respond to minor injuries or medical concerns (e.g., falls, dehydration, overheating)
    • Assess situations and determine if additional medical care is needed
    • Coordinate with event staff if emergency services need to be contacted
    • Bring basic first aid supplies (if available; CFMC can supplement)

    Qualifications:

    • EMT certification (active or in training) OR current enrollment in EMT/healthcare program
    • CPR/First Aid certified
    • Strong communication and ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with a diverse community
