Help us build relationships that open doors for our girls!
Treasure Our Daughters Academy (TODAY) is seeking an outgoing, professional, and relationship-focused External Affairs & Partnerships Coordinator to help expand our network of community, corporate, educational, and nonprofit partners.
This volunteer will work with organizational leadership to identify and cultivate relationships that can provide resources, sponsorships, expertise, exposure, and meaningful opportunities for our participants.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and cultivate potential community and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with businesses, nonprofits, schools, community organizations, and other potential partners.
- Conduct outreach to potential partners and follow up on partnership opportunities.
- Help cultivate sponsorships and in-kind donations for programs and events.
- Coordinate partnership-related meetings and communications.
- Help connect TODAY with guest speakers, facilitators, and other community resources.
- Maintain organized partnership and outreach records.
- Represent TODAY professionally at select community meetings, networking opportunities, or events.
- Support partnership and sponsorship initiatives established by organizational leadership.
- Share ideas for new partnerships and opportunities that align with TODAY's mission and goals.

- A strong written and verbal communicator.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Dependable with excellent follow-through.
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.
- Collaborative and community-minded.
- Able to represent TODAY and its mission professionally.
Experience in community engagement, partnerships, external affairs, business development, public relations, nonprofit outreach, sponsorships, or a related area is preferred.
Modality
Remote or Hybrid — Volunteers outside Metro Atlanta may support outreach and partnership development remotely. Local volunteers may serve in a hybrid capacity and should be comfortable occasionally representing TODAY at community meetings, networking opportunities, or events.
Commitment
Approximately 4–8 hours per month | August–April
Hours are generally flexible and will vary based on partnership opportunities, outreach activities, and upcoming programs or events.
