    Description

    The Homeward Bound Grants Director is looking for some admirative assistance with daily Grants Department Operations. This volunteer would work closely with the Grants Director.

    Major duties would include:

    • Grant prospect research
    • Assist grants director with organizational tasks
    • Assist grants director with documentation related tasks
    • Contribute to organizational effectiveness by meeting deliverables for a $11M nonprofit with the mission of preventing and ending homelessness through permanent housing and support

    Please note: prior experience with these tasks is not a prerequisite. What is required is being detail oriented, collaborative, and possessing an interest in understanding non-profit mechanisms.

    Directions

    Compass Point Village is a residential facility housing 85 Homeward Bound clients. It also houses the Homeward Bound administrative offices, where the Grant's Department is located.
