    Role Overview

    The Operations Coordinator manages daily workflows to maintain organizational efficiency, team productivity, and regulatory compliance. This role balances cross-functional administration—including staff supervision, schedule coordination, and process optimization—with essential financial management.

    Key Responsibilities

    Workflow Management: Direct daily business operations to ensure seamless delivery and optimal productivity.

    Team Leadership: Coordinate staff schedules, track performance metrics, and provide direct supervision to operational personnel.

    Budgeting & Finances: Assist with payroll processing, monitor routine expenses, and maintain financial and statistical reporting systems.

    Process Optimization: Draft organizational policies, refine operational procedures, and ensure full compliance with local and state regulations.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Operational & Administrative Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage daily workflows, streamline organizational processes, and maintain business productivity.
    • Team Leadership & Management: Strong supervisory skills with experience coordinating team schedules, tracking performance, and guiding staff.
    • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in monitoring operational expenses, assisting with payroll management, and generating accurate financial/statistical reports.
    • Compliance & Policy Development: Familiarity with local and state regulatory requirements, along with the ability to draft, implement, and enforce internal policies.
    • Problem-Solving & Detail Orientation: Sharp attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and proactive initiative in optimizing administrative systems.
