    Description

    Volunteer High School Math Tutor (Virtual)

    Tutoring is important because each student learns a different way. Providing one on one tutoring gives you a chance to work with youth and gain experience. Every student learns differently, and you can be the key to helping them succeed!

    Help our high school students complete their homework assignments and use tools to improve their knowledge of High school level math. Our mission is to support students in their academic journeys and help them succeed in their studies. Hollywood PAL is dedicated to helping low-income youth in our community. Help make a difference in a child's future!

    Roles & Responsibilities

    ~Provide one on one tutoring to students

    ~Provide students with skills and key concepts to help solving math problems

    ~ Foster a proactive and positive learning environment for students

    ~ Commit to meeting with your assigned student 2hours per week

    • Hollywood PAL is willing to sign off on any community service hours and educational volunteer hours.
