Description
Reigning Grace Ranch is a nonprofit horse rescue and equine-assisted learning ranch supporting kids, families, veterans, and first responders. Volunteers are essential to the daily care of the ranch and help create a safe, steady environment for both people and animals.
This is a hands-on, outdoor volunteer opportunity. Volunteers serve as part of a team and are expected to follow ranch standards and safety procedures.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with horse care, feeding, grooming, and walking
- Supporting kids programming by helping maintain a safe environment
- Caring for small animals in our Critter Corner
- Helping with gardening, landscaping, and general ranch upkeep
- Assisting during events or special programs as needed
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Comfortable with outdoor, physical activity
- Reliable and consistent in scheduled shifts
- Able to work well as part of a team
- No prior horse experience required
All volunteers complete orientation and training before serving. Background checks are required for volunteers working with children.
