Bothell’s Fourth of July Hometown Celebration is our community’s largest annual event, bringing neighbors together for a day of excitement, connection, and celebration. Hosting an event of this scale takes the dedication of hundreds of volunteers who help create a safe, seamless, and memorable experience for all.
Volunteer roles on event day span a wide range of responsibilities, including event set-up, parade operations, and post-event clean-up. Each role plays an important part in ensuring the celebration runs smoothly from start to finish.
Please note that volunteers must be at least 16 years of age to participate. Parade Route Leads and Parade Route Movers must be 18 years of age or older. All volunteer positions take place outdoors, rain or shine. This opportunity is not available for individuals seeking to fulfill court-ordered community service requirements.
Once you express interest on Idealist, you'll receive an email with more information about available roles and next steps for registering.
