Description

Powered By Love is seeking a Resource & Restoration Chair to oversee inventory, donation management, and restoration kit preparation for The 831 Experience. This volunteer leadership role will ensure that every guest receives thoughtfully prepared clothing, hygiene supplies, footwear, and customized restoration resources as part of their journey toward dignity and hope.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate clothing, hygiene, footwear, and backpack donation drives.
Manage inventory, sizing information, and storage of donated resources.
Organize and lead volunteer "Sorting Parties" to assemble customized restoration backpacks.
Track inventory levels and distribution plans to ensure all guests receive appropriate items.
Coordinate the secure storage and final distribution of restoration resources during the event.

Qualifications:

Experience in inventory management, logistics, operations, retail, warehouse coordination, procurement, or community donation programs preferred.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage volunteers, track resources, and oversee multiple moving parts simultaneously.
