    Description

Twin Cities Walk to End Alzheimer's Community Engagement Committee

Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® is the world's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer's care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease. The Community Engagement Committee:

    ▪ Promotes the Walk to End Alzheimer’s to new community partners.

    ▪ Assists in recruiting back, retaining, and stewarding previous years community teams through phone calls and other outreach efforts.

    ▪ Helps implement ways to build community awareness about Walk to End Alzheimer’s and the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association through community events, tabling opportunities, and other grassroots marketing endeavors.

    ▪ Helps strategize and implement a community and friends & family kickoff for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
