Description
Position Requirements - The General Volunteer will be responsible for sending out our monthly thank you letters to our donors. This averages 25 letters per month, and about 100 at the end of the year. Requires neat penmanship, organization and grammar. Cards, stamps and envelopes will be shipped as needed. The list of names that need letters will be sent out at the end of every month so that you can write and send the thank you letters. These must go out within 3 weeks of receiving the list of donor names.
- Be organized and detail oriented
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Be able to check and respond to emails at least once a day
- Send out monthly thank you letters to our donors.
- Have transportation to the post office to send out thank you letters/cards
