Description
St. Leonard's ministries are seeking a part-time Volunteer Financial Capabilities and Literacy Instructor/tutor, to teach re-entry population adults. Course content emphasizes Financial knowledge for everyday use. Topics include percentages, understanding credit scores, bankruptcy, insurance, taxes, mortgages, investing, etc., and how they play into our regular day-to-day activities. Students must show that they have acquired a working knowledge/understanding of each topic. Candidates must have a heart for volunteerism and helping those with the desire to change. Instructors maintain attendance and student performance records. Master's degree and teaching experience required.
