We’re Building — And It Needs a System That Connects It All

    The Donovan’s Venom is growing.

    Programs.

    People.

    Partnerships.

And behind all of it — data.

We are seeking a Director of Salesforce (Nonprofit CRM & Data Strategy) to design, build, and scale the system that powers how we operate, track impact, and make decisions.

Because when data is structured —

everything becomes clearer, faster, and stronger.

    The Role

This is the leader responsible for owning and scaling our Salesforce ecosystem.

From CRM strategy → data architecture → system configuration → reporting → adoption — you own it.

You are not just managing a platform.

You are building the central source of truth for the organization.

This role operates at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy, ensuring Salesforce supports every part of the organization effectively.

    Salesforce Configuration & Optimization

      • Configure and optimize Salesforce:
      • Workflows
      • Automations
      • User permissions
      • Improve system functionality and efficiency
      • Ensure platform performance and reliability

    Data Strategy & Governance

      • Establish data standards and governance practices
      • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
      • Define processes for:
      • Data entry
      • Data maintenance
      • Data quality control

    Reporting, Dashboards & Insights

      • Build reports and dashboards to:
      • Track performance
      • Measure impact
      • Support decision-making
      • Translate data into actionable insights for leadership

    User Experience & Adoption

      • Ensure Salesforce is easy to use across teams
      • Support user training and onboarding
      • Drive adoption and consistent usage

    Integration & System Alignment

      • Integrate Salesforce with:

      • External tools (as needed)
      • Ensure seamless data flow across platforms

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

      • Partner with:
      • HR
      • Operations
      • Programs
      • Technology teams
      • Ensure CRM supports all organizational functions

    Data Security & Access Management

      • Define user roles and permissions
      • Ensure proper access controls
      • Maintain data security and privacy

      • Identify opportunities to improve CRM capabilities
      • Implement enhancements and new features
      • Scale the system as the organization grows
