The Role: Provide individual or group therapy sessions for residents navigating the transition from incarceration to community life. You will help them process trauma, manage stress, and develop healthy coping mechanisms for their new independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one clinical counseling sessions (in-person or virtually).

Facilitate support groups on topics like "Cognitive Behavioral Reentry" or "Emotional Regulation."

Provide crisis intervention and mental health assessments as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) in [Your State].
