    Description

Fundraising Ambassadors: Horses for Mental Health Campaign

We’re excited to share that Spring Reins of Life has been selected again to join the 2026 Horses for Mental Health Campaign, a global movement during Mental Health Awareness Month that shines a light on how horses help people heal.

Only a limited number of nonprofits around the world are chosen each year, and being selected means we’ve been recognized for upholding high standards of care for both horses and humans, as well as our professionalism and dedication to this work. It’s proof that what we’re doing here matters and that others see it too.

Last year, with your support, we raised $8,000 and provided mental health support through our work to veterans, women, and other trauma survivors. It was incredible to see what we could do together, and it’s exactly why we’re coming back this year, ready to make an even bigger impact.

This year, we’ve got an ambitious goal of raising $15,000 to expand our programming in our new home at Rolling Hills Farm in Troy, Virginia! And, we need your help!

    Here’s how it works:

      • HMH’s role: Horses for Mental Health hosts the campaign. They provide the platform, visibility, media coverage, and tools so programs like ours can share our story on a global stage. HMH does not raise money for itself.
      • Our role: We rally our community, tell the stories of our impact through their resources, and raise funds directly for Spring Reins of Life.
      • The best part: Every dollar raised through our fundraising page goes straight to us-100% supports the people and horses right here in our program.

To make this possible, we’re inviting you to become a Fundraising Ambassador. Ambassadors help by reaching out to their family, friends, coworkers, and community groups, sharing why this mission matters, and inspiring donations. Your voice can open doors that ours alone cannot.

Ambassadors can be anywhere, but if you are near Troy, Va., we invite you to attend our open house and demonstration day on June 7.
