    Applicants should have substantial professional experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or nonprofit financial management. Previous nonprofit board or finance committee experience is strongly preferred.

    Description

    Grandmothers' Village Project, Inc., an Indigenous-led 501(c)(3), is seeking a volunteer Treasurer to join our Executive Board. This hybrid leadership role provides financial oversight, budgeting support, and fiscal stewardship as we develop innovative, eco-sustainable housing and community initiatives that help marginalized elders age with dignity, purpose, and connection.

    Applicants must reside in Massachusetts, and be available for occasional in-person meetings. Accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or nonprofit financial experience is preferred.
