    The Thaddeus Resource Center is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to restore HOPE, inspire GROWTH, and EMPOWER girls and women through education, life skill development, workforce training, and other supportive services.     Location: La Verne, California

    Description: The Special Events and Projects Volunteer plays an essential role in supporting the coordination and execution of special events and project-based initiatives. You may assist in event set-up and breakdown, guest check-in, and provide general onsite support to staff and attendees. Project support can include data entry or sorting donations. Flexibility and willingness to assist on an as-needed basis will help us create successful events and complete important projects. By contributing your time and skills, you’ll directly impact our mission of restoring hope and empowering our community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help with event set-ups and coordination
    • Participate in specific projects as requested by the organization
    • Maintain communication with the volunteer coordinator and event team.
    • Uphold the organization's values and mission throughout all activities.
