    About the Opportunity

    Are you interested in being part of our webinar services for Africa’s Education Enablers — a continental platform focused on enabling Education for All across Africa by Africans in Africa, Diaspora Africans and Friends of Africa?

    EduAid-Africa is inviting interested individuals, professionals and volunteers to support the webinar services team for Africa’s Education Enablers, a seven-week continental podcast, webinar, digital training and Focus Group Discussion series.

    The series will support:

    • NESA-Africa 2026
    • The African Blue-Garnet Awards for Education
    • Rebuild My School Africa
    • education-impact partnerships
    • award nominations
    • sponsorships and donations
    • continental stakeholder engagement
    • the Africa Education Enablers White Paper 2026

    This is a volunteer webinar services opportunity, not a general employment vacancy. Volunteers may support one main role and may also indicate other roles they can assist with.

    Seven-Week Webinar Topics

    Week 1 — Influence That Educates

    Can Africa’s sports, music and digital icons help solve the education crisis?

    Focus areas include influencers, sports personalities, musicians, youth engagement, scholarships, education advocacy and school-support campaigns.

    Week 2 — The Ideas and Investments That Changed African Learning

    What can Africa learn from its greatest education legacy builders?

    Focus areas include literature, curriculum, technical education, education philanthropy, scholarships and long-term education impact.

    Week 3 — Who Pays for Africa’s Education Future?

    How can CSR, ESG, government and EduTech finance Education for All?

    Focus areas include CSR, ESG, corporate foundations, government financing, EduTech, school adoption, digital learning and sponsorship.

    Week 4 — From Headlines to Classrooms

    Can media, NGOs and communities turn education advocacy into measurable change?

    Focus areas include media advocacy, NGOs, civil society, community mobilisation, education journalism and school-needs reporting.

    Week 5 — The School Africa Needs Next

    How can STEM, creativity, teachers, technology and government build future-ready schools?

    Focus areas include Rebuild My School Africa, STEM, creative arts, digital classrooms, teachers, school infrastructure, accessibility and special-needs education.

    Week 6 — Skills, Knowledge and Work

    How can Africa prepare teachers, youth and graduates for the digital economy?

    Focus areas include libraries, research, NYSC, youth employability, digital skills, TVET, volunteer teachers and professional certification.

    Week 7 — One Africa Education Alliance

    Can faith, government, diaspora, tourism and global partners deliver Education for All?

    Focus areas include faith institutions, government, diaspora, bilateral partners, international partners, Afri-EduTourism and stakeholder commitments.

    Applicants should choose one main service team and may also indicate additional roles they can support.

    1. Programme, Editorial, Technical and Governance Services

    This service team is suitable for volunteers who can support planning, coordination, scripting, research, speaker follow-up, technical production, webinar management or documentation.

    This service team is suitable for presenters, moderators, facilitators, regional representatives and stakeholder mobilisers.

    Responsibilities May Include

    • presenting or moderating webinar segments;
    • supporting weekly discussions and interviews;
    • facilitating Focus Group Discussions;
    • mobilising regional stakeholders;
    • identifying potential NESA-Africa nominees;
    • supporting school nominations for Rebuild My School Africa;
    • helping recruit regional participants, partners, sponsors or donors;
    • collecting recommendations for the white paper.
    1. Creative Media, Social Streaming, Sponsorship and Audience Services

    This service team is suitable for creative volunteers, media volunteers, social-media managers, livestream support volunteers, customer-relations volunteers and sponsorship-support volunteers.

    Responsibilities May Include

    • creating daily graphics, speaker cards and campaign visuals;
    • producing short videos, advert montages and webinar clips;
    • supporting livestream distribution and replay uploads;
    • managing social-media posts and live engagement;
    • responding to participant enquiries;
    • supporting registration and help desk communication;
    • following up sponsorship, donation and school-adoption leads;
    • supporting CRM updates and audience data tracking.

    Requirements

    Applicants should have:

    • interest in education and African development;
    • ability to work remotely;
    • reliable internet access;
    • availability during the seven-week programme;
    • willingness to attend online briefings or rehearsals;
    • good communication skills;
    • ability to meet deadlines;
    • respect for diversity, safeguarding and programme integrity.

    For creative, technical and presenting roles, applicants should provide relevant samples or links where available.

    This is a volunteer webinar services opportunity for individuals who want to contribute their skills, time and experience to support EduAid-Africa’s seven-week continental webinar series.

    Final volunteer role allocation will depend on experience, skills, availability, regional network and programme needs.
