HYU Spiritual Life & Learning Society is seeking volunteers to support our Annual Leadership Appreciation Day on August 17, 2026.
This special community gathering celebrates individuals who have contributed their time and service while creating space for reflection, connection, and sharing ideas for the future.
Volunteers will help support event activities including:
- Event setup and preparation
- Guest welcome and registration
- Activity stations and event support
- Food service assistance
- Guiding attendees throughout the event
- Distribution of event materials
- Cleanup after the celebration
The event will feature speeches, service showcases, community awards, and both vegan and non-vegan catering.
- We welcome volunteers who enjoy supporting community events, connecting with people, and helping create a meaningful experience for attendees.
