Galaxy Whisky Gala

The Galaxy Whisky Gala is taking place on Friday, March 28, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make the event a success. This is a charity event benefiting Bears for Bairns, which supports children in need, and every helping hand directly supports that mission.

We need help with several roles during the event:

• One person to take photos on the red carpet using our phone

• Floor volunteers to help guests, vendors, and staff as needed

• One person to collect order forms and enter them into the computer

• Volunteers to help with auction support

• Volunteers for guest check-in

Shifts will start at 3:30 pm, 4:00 pm, and 4:30 pm. The event runs until 10:00 pm. Anyone interested in also enjoying the event will be scheduled for an early shift, so they can enjoy the last two hours of the show.

At the end of the night, we’ll need the data entry completed while the rest of the team helps with cleanup and tear-down. Everyone should be finished by 10:45 pm.
