We are looking for a volunteer Project Manager to create and maintain a clear, actionable project plan and milestone tracker for the First 200 Rides campaign. This includes developing a detailed timeline, task assignments, dependencies, a basic risk log, and a recommended setup in a digital project management tool (Trello, Microsoft 365 Planner, or Slack-integrated boards).
All existing materials and specifics will be provided, and the plan will be refined collaboratively with the volunteer to ensure a smooth execution.
A well-structured campaign plan will help Army Pink scale safe rides faster and more reliably, removing a major barrier for survivors trying to leave dangerous situations. Volunteers will contribute directly to increasing survivor safety and access to follow-up support by helping launch and manage the First 200 Rides effort.
We will share the campaign brief, goals, and key contacts so the volunteer can quickly map tasks and timelines. Our team will be available for regular check-ins to review drafts and finalize the plan. Details and timelines will be provided during interviews so the volunteer can work efficiently with staff.
Thank you for applying to volunteer with Army Pink! We’re excited to hear from people who want to support survivors of domestic violence. To help us get to know you better, please email us at support@armypink.org with a brief note about your experience, your skills, and your availability.
Once we review your information, we’ll follow up with next steps and ways you can start contributing to our ongoing programs. We appreciate your interest and look forward to having you on our team!
Warmly,
Army Pink Team
