Army Pink

Army Pink: Pathway to Freedom is a survivor-led initiative addressing the #1 unmet need for survivors: safe, immediate transportation out of dangerous situations. We turn compassion into action by providing urgent rides and structured wellness support, helping survivors of domestic abuse leave danger and begin again with dignity, guidance, and connection. Volunteers, partners, and donors all play a role in ensuring that every survivor receives direct service, choice, and ethical support.

We are launching our first 100 Rides campaign to expand immediate access to safety and support for survivors everywhere. Because no one should be left behind when they’re ready to leave.

Army Pink is a survivor-centered initiative fiscally sponsored by Charity on Top. Our programs, Pathway to Freedom and The Escape Club, focus on the most critical unmet need for survivors: safe, reliable transportation, paired with optional wellness check-ins to provide guidance and support.

Using a direct-service model, Army Pink manages referral intake, ride issuance, redemption tracking, and wellness follow-up, ensuring accountability and funder-ready reporting. Partner organizations refer survivors through a standardized system, volunteers handle rides and follow-ups under clear protocols, and the founder oversees sensitive cases and overall program integrity.

This approach ensures that survivors access immediate safety and ongoing support, while volunteers contribute through skill-based roles in program development, Salesforce setup, grant research, and administrative support.
