Description
Love bringing people together and making them feel valued? Be the heart of our team as our Volunteer Lead! You’ll welcome new volunteers, match them with fun roles across our inclusive arts and advocacy programs, and keep our community of changemakers organized and energized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome incoming volunteers from the United Way portal and Idealist, host quick check-ins, and send friendly orientation info.
- Build master schedules for Studio Leads, Workshop Facilitators, and Event Ambassadors across our 4-month blocks.
- Send end-of-block check-ins, organize simple volunteer appreciation high-fives, and keep everyone connected to our mission.
