    Gentiva Hospice Southaven is seeking dedicated individuals for our Vigil Volunteer program—a unique opportunity to provide companionship, comfort, and presence to patients during their final moments. This role is perfect for both college students passionate about service and retirees looking to offer empathy and support in our hospice community.

    Opportunity Overview

    As a Vigil Volunteer, you will provide compassionate support to patients by being a calming presence, listening to families or caregivers, and sharing quiet moments of comfort. Volunteers help relieve the unknown in a patient’s final days, bringing comfort and meaning when it matters most.

    Service Area

    Gentiva Hospice Southaven proudly serves: Tunica, Horn Lake, Southaven, Olive Branch, Senatobia, Byhalia, and Holly Springs.

    Volunteers may be called upon to provide services in any of these communities, offering local connection and heartfelt support.
