    About the Role

    WoMen of Connections Ministry is seeking a high-caliber Project Coordinator to lead our digital transformation and infrastructure. This role is ideal for a candidate who combines technical oversight with business acumen. You will be the central hub between our technology, our mission, and our financial sustainability.

    Educational Requirements

    Candidates must hold one of the following from an accredited institution:

    B.Sc. or B.A. in Information Technology, Communications, or Digital Media.

    B.A. or B.Sc. in Business Administration or Non-Profit Management.

    Master’s Degree (MA/MS/MBA) in a related field is highly preferred.

    Core Responsibilities

    • IT & Web Infrastructure

    Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of website development projects.

    UI/UX & Development: Manage user experience design and web development (WordPress/CMS) to ensure high engagement and accessibility.

    Cybersecurity: Implement and audit security protocols to safeguard organizational data and donor privacy.

    • Communications & Team Growth

    Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients and partners, providing professional project updates.

    Social Media: Direct the digital strategy across social platforms to align with our ministry goals.

    Knowledge Management: Create and maintain formal documentation for the orientation and onboarding of new team members.

    • Business & Financial Coordination

    Fiscal Liaison: Work directly with the Finance Department to track project-generated revenue and maintain strict budget adherence.

    Sustainability: Monitor funding generated by specific campaigns (e.g., Relocation Fund) to ensure project longevity.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Strong background in Business Administration or Non-Profit Management.

    Technical proficiency in WordPress, web development workflows, and UI/UX design.

    Expertise in professional documentation and team training.

    Analytical mindset capable of reporting financial data to leadership.
