    Position Title: Training Supervisor (Intern)

    Classification: Unpaid Internship

    Position Summary

    The Training Supervisor Intern supports the coordination and facilitation of training activities while assisting in guiding team members within the training function.

    This role focuses on developing supervisory skills, team coordination, and hands-on training delivery.

    Key Responsibilities (Learning-Based)

    • Assist in facilitating training sessions and group discussions
    • Support the coordination of participant engagement during training activities
    • Help monitor participation and provide feedback to team members
    • Collaborate with leadership to improve training delivery
    • Assist in onboarding and guiding new participants

    Reporting Structure

    Program Nature & Classification

    This role is part of an unpaid educational internship program designed to provide hands-on learning, professional development, and real-world exposure.

    Participation is voluntary and intended for educational purposes only. This role does not constitute employment, and participants are not considered employees or independent contractors of the organization.
