Operations and Systems Lead Volunteer Opportunity

We are seeking a Volunteer Operations Lead who believes that strong systems create sustainable freedom. This is a leadership level volunteer role for someone who wants to build.

This is an unpaid volunteer position requiring approximately 10 to 15 hours per week with flexibility based on project cycles.

What you will do

• Design and document repeatable systems for events, volunteers, and partnerships
• Create and manage project tracking tools and accountability structures
• Support operational planning
• Improve communication workflows across teams
• Identify gaps and implement practical solutions
• Help prepare the organization for responsible growth and future funding

What success looks like

• On time execution of key initiatives
• Organized dashboards or tracking systems that leadership can rely on
• Improved volunteer coordination and internal clarity
• A stronger operational foundation ready to support expansion
• Clear documented processes that reduce confusion and duplication
