Responsibilities may include reaching out to local businesses for sponsorship opportunities, securing silent auction and raffle item donations, distributing promotional flyers throughout the community, and helping spread awareness to encourage race participation.
This opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy community outreach, fundraising, event planning, and working as part of a team. By volunteering, you'll help support NVHS's mission to eliminate veteran homelessness in Brevard County through outreach, prevention, and housing programs.
Volunteer Duties Include:
- Soliciting sponsorships from local businesses
- Obtaining silent auction and raffle prize donations
- Distributing promotional materials and flyers
- Assisting with pre-event planning and outreach
