Position Summary
Assists with recruitment activities supporting research initiatives. Works under the guidance of the Recruitment (Research) Team Lead to help manage outreach, documentation, and candidate tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with research recruitment outreach and communications
- Maintain organized recruitment records and databases
- Support scheduling and coordination activities
- Ensure adherence to research recruitment guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and training
- Provide administrative support as needed
