As a Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) Outreach Volunteer with the American Red Cross, you'll help military members, veterans, recruits, and their families learn about life-changing programs and services available to them. From outreach events and community presentations to engaging conversations at military installations and briefings, you'll be on the front lines of building awareness and support for those who serve our country.

Whether you're a military supporter, veteran, military family member, or simply someone who wants to make a meaningful impact, this is a fun and rewarding opportunity to connect with people and strengthen military communities.

What You'll Be Doing

✨ Meet and engage with service members, veterans, recruits, and military families.

✨ Represent the Red Cross at outreach events, military installations, Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS), and Guard and Reserve briefings.

✨ Share information about valuable Red Cross services and military support programs.

✨ Help individuals find resources that can make a difference during times of need.

✨ Deliver presentations and participate in informational briefings and community events.

✨ Build relationships with military leaders, community organizations, and partner agencies.

✨ Help spread awareness of programs that support resilience, wellness, caregiving, and emergency assistance.

✨ Be a friendly, welcoming face of the American Red Cross in your community.
