    Description

    As a Volunteer Workshop Leader, you will guide participants through the Wellness Pathways Program, delivering workshops that cover a range of health and wellness topics. These workshops, lasting 6-8 weeks, focus on essential skills such as diabetes self-management, healthy eating, and falls prevention. GLSS seeks volunteers who are Bilingual in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, Haitian Creole, Russian, and Mandarin. Volunteers collaborate closely with other workshop leaders and the Wellness Pathways Program Manager to receive training and certification. We are seeking a passionate individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with and support workshop participants, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
