Key Learning Opportunities:
- Grants Management: Learn about the entire grants process including applications, supporting documentation, reporting requirements, and budgeting.
- Authoring Grants: Gain experience in drafting Letters of Intent (LOIs), grant applications, and reports.
- Prospecting Goals: Understand how to set and achieve goals for identifying potential funding sources.
Responsibilities:
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide research, outreach emails, phone calls, and other support tasks as needed.
- Grants Calendar: Create and maintain a comprehensive grants calendar to track LOI, application, and reporting deadlines.
- Submission Assistance: Help the Executive Director with drafting and submitting grant-related documents, including requests for data from our finance team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and calendars.
